Cost guide
Real prices, what moves them, and the alcohol you buy on top.
The short answer
With Heavy Pour, a trailer bar with two bartenders is $1,250 to $1,950 for up to 200 guests, and bartenders alone start at $850. You buy the alcohol separately and keep what’s left, which is why it usually costs far less than a venue bar.
Other Columbus mobile bar companies publish prices from about $1,000 to $2,900 for a wedding-size event, depending on guest count and hours (public price pages, checked October 6, 2026). Packages differ in hours, bartenders, gratuity and what’s included, so compare the full list, not just the headline number.
Signature cocktails plus beer and wine. Prices are before 7.5% Ohio sales tax and don’t include alcohol. Exact pricing for your date is on the booking page.

Questions
Columbus mobile bar companies publish prices from roughly $1,000 to $2,900 for a wedding-size event, depending on guest count and hours (public price pages, checked October 6, 2026). Heavy Pour's Flagship Bar, with two bartenders and a custom-built trailer, is $1,250 to $1,950 before tax for up to 200 guests, and our Bartending Service starts at $850. Always compare what is included: hours, number of bartenders, gratuity, and whether alcohol is in the price.
No. Heavy Pour is dry hire: you buy the alcohol at retail from a shopping list we send you, and you keep whatever is not opened. The price covers the bar, bartenders, mixers, ice, garnishes, cups, napkins, tools, a printed cocktail menu and $1M liquor liability insurance.
Hiring bartenders without a trailer is our Bartending Service: $850 minimum, with a 5-hour minimum and no guest limit. 50 guests is $850, 100 guests is $875 and 200 guests is $1,625 for signature cocktails, before tax.
A full open bar adds $3 per guest, each extra hour on the Flagship Bar is $200, and travel past 60 miles is $2 per mile one way. Ohio sales tax (7.5% in Franklin County) is added on top.
A 20% deposit reserves your date and the balance is due 30 days before the event. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 90 days out.
