Submit a quote and we'll hop on a one-on-one call to walk through the details — your venue, the bar setup, capacity, guest count, and drink preferences. Open bar? Signature cocktails? Beer and wine? Once we're aligned, we build a tailored shopping list so you buy exactly what you need at retail.

Step 02

We roll up loaded

The custom-built bar arrives fully stocked — professional bartenders, glassware, ice, bitters, mixers, garnishes, the works. Setup runs 1 to 1.5 hours. Your venue just needs a standard outlet and a parking spot.

Step 03

Raise a glass

Service runs all night. Your guests get craft cocktails from bartenders who know how to work a crowd. When the last guest heads out, we break down, clean up, and leave you with a memory — not a mess.

Dry-hire means you supply the alcohol and we supply everything else — the trailer, the bartenders, the glassware, the ice, and the mixers. You control what's served, we handle the service. It's transparent, affordable, and puts you in charge.

You buy alcohol at retail prices instead of paying venue markups of 300–400%. No per-drink minimums. No hidden fees. You pay for the service, not inflated bottle prices — and whatever's left over goes home with you.

A good rule is one drink per person per hour. For a four-hour wedding with fifty guests, plan for two hundred drinks. We'll help you calculate based on your guest count, event type, and drink preferences.

Yes. Heavy Pour carries one million dollars in liquor liability insurance. Your venue will have proof of coverage before we arrive. We're fully licensed and compliant for events throughout central Ohio.

The flagship trailer fits barns, backyards, lawns, event halls, and most outdoor or drive-accessible venues in Columbus and surrounding areas — anywhere a 28-foot trailer can park. For rooftops, downtown spaces, or venues that can't accommodate the trailer, our satellite bar steps in with the same craft in a smaller footprint. We'll confirm fit when you request a quote.

Weekend dates book quickly, especially May through October. We recommend reaching out at least 8–12 weeks in advance. For peak wedding season, 6 months or more is ideal.
