Agreement to terms

By accessing heavypourbar.com or engaging Heavy Pour LLC ("Heavy Pour," "we," "us") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Our services — dry-hire model

Heavy Pour provides dry-hire mobile bartending. We supply the bar, professional bartenders, glassware, ice, mixers, garnishes, and equipment. The client is responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol consumed at the event. We do not sell, resell, or provide alcohol. All alcohol remains the property of the client at all times.

Bookings and payment

• A signed service agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your event date.
• The remaining balance is due before service begins, per the terms in your service agreement.
• Final guest counts and event details must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event.
• Pricing is based on the details provided. Significant changes (extended hours, additional staff, expanded scope) may result in additional fees.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are detailed in your individual service agreement. Heavy Pour reserves the right to cancel service in cases of safety concerns, weather emergencies, or breach of these terms — in which case any unused portion of payments will be refunded at our discretion.

Client responsibilities

• Purchase and supply all alcohol for the event, per the recommendations we provide.
• Provide a level, accessible setup area appropriate for the bar (paved surface or firm ground for trailer; standard space for satellite bar).
• Provide access to a standard 110V outlet within reach of the setup area.
• Ensure all guests served are 21 years of age or older and present valid ID upon request.
• Communicate any venue rules, restrictions, or required permits in advance.

Service standards and refusal

Our bartenders are trained to serve responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, cannot produce valid ID, or is otherwise unable to consume alcohol safely. We may pause or end service early if safety becomes a concern. These actions do not entitle the client to a refund.

Insurance and liability

Heavy Pour carries $1,000,000 in liquor liability insurance. We are not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses caused by guest behavior, venue conditions outside our control, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your event is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific event in question.

Property and damages

The client is responsible for any damage to Heavy Pour's bar, equipment, glassware, or property caused by guests, venue conditions, or third parties. Damages will be invoiced separately based on repair or replacement cost.

Photography

Heavy Pour may take photos and video at events for portfolio, marketing, and social media use. Photography focuses on the bar, cocktails, and ambiance — not identifiable guests in close-up. If you'd prefer we not photograph your event, let us know in writing before the event date.

Website use

The content on heavypourbar.com — text, photos, logos, design — is owned by Heavy Pour or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the content for commercial use without our written permission. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
